We are a family-owned and operated outpatient clinic with two convenient locations in Hammond and Covington, less than a mile off of Interstate 12.

Our staff treats patients with quality care in a comfortable and relaxed environment. Our physical therapists, David Heap, Karen Heap, and Jennifer Maggio, each have over 25 years of experience and provide a wide variety of specialties.
